Mock Trial Competition

It is that time of year again where we call upon the members of the Bar to ensure that the HCBA Mock Trial competition is a huge success.  We are preparing for another season of mock trial and we need your help to act as volunteer judges. We are excited to have all schools returning this year and Fishers High School will be joining the competition as well.  We have had many new attorneys step up to act as attorney advisors as well.  The case has been distributed to the schools…..a Murder!.  Competition rounds will be held on January 18, 25 and February 1, 8,15, and 22 beginning promptly at 6 pm at the Judicial Center.  We will have the tournament on Saturday 2/25/12. 

As always, I will provide a copy of the case, sample score sheets and comment sheets in advance for your review.  If you are willing to volunteer, please contact me at sgookins@ckplaw.com or 773-2090 to advise which dates  (Wednesdays or Saturday) work for you.  I will put together a schedule and notify you when you will be judging.
