Hearings are scheduled in Superior Court 3 at 5:30 p.m. and clients utilize attorney volunteers who enter Limited Appearances for that evening’s hearing only.
Attorneys are encouraged to refer potential Hamilton County clients to the program, including those cases where income disparity between parties is an issue, in cases where Hamilton County residents are proceeding pro se in family law cases, and income eligible clients with uncontested family law matters.
Clients may be referred to Heartland’s Intake Line at 317-614-5304. For more information or to volunteer, please contact Laurie Beltz Boyd at 317-631-9410 x 2267 or laurie.boyd@ilsi.net.
