Judges & Lawyers Assistance Program (JLAP)
JLAP will present a free one-hour ethics CLE on April 30, 2019 (from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) in the historic courtroom of the Old Courthouse. Lunch will be provided free of charge courtesy of the HCBA.
In addition to a JLAP presentation, they will also cover warning signs, discuss the anonymous reporting process, and go into how JLAP differs from a referral to the Disciplinary Commission.
